Add documentation about sorting Imenu completions (bug#70846)

* doc/emacs/programs.texi (Imenu): Document how Imenu completions
can be sorted.

* lisp/imenu.el (imenu-sort-function): Explain in the docstring
how to sort Imenu completions.
